Key Responsibilities

The Role

As a Remote Dispatcher, you will be responsible for managing incoming service requests, dispatching technicians, and monitoring job progress. You’ll serve as a vital link between customers, field technicians, and our operations team—working remotely during U.S. Central Time hours to ensure prompt, accurate, and high-priority service resolution.


What You’ll Do

  • Receive, review, and categorize incoming roadside assistance requests.

  • Dispatch qualified technicians promptly, track job status, and follow through to completion.

  • Communicate effectively with customers and technicians via phone, chat, or SMS to coordinate service.

  • Maintain accurate job logs, update our CRM or dispatch platform, and ensure all details are documented.

  • Escalate issues or delays to the operations manager when necessary.

  • Monitor technician availability, service zones, and response times to optimize assignments.

  • Work within U.S. Central Time hours to support our U.S. client base.

  • Uphold our company’s standards for customer satisfaction, speed, and safety.
