About the Role

Five Star Roadside is expanding rapidly and seeking a highly motivated Remote Recruiter. This role replaces our current Recruiting Lead and will manage the complete recruiting pipeline for roadside technicians across multiple U.S. markets.

You’ll source, screen, interview, onboard, and keep motor clubs updated on technician availability. This role requires excellent English communication skills, strong recruiting experience, confidence making phone calls, and the ability to manage multiple hiring pipelines at once.

Key Responsibilities

Recruiting & Talent Acquisition

  • Recruit roadside technicians across multiple U.S. cities

  • Source, screen, interview, and evaluate applicants

  • Use Indeed, Facebook, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, and Zoho Recruit

Candidate Management

  • Manage onboarding and compliance

  • Maintain communication throughout the hiring cycle

  • Track applicant progress and maintain records

Motor Club Coordination

  • Notify motor clubs about city coverage changes

  • Communicate hours and availability updates

  • Ensure accurate information across all platforms

Administrative & Reporting

  • Maintain spreadsheets, CRM updates, Zoho Recruit/People records

  • Provide weekly recruiting reports

  • Run outreach campaigns to increase applications


Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven experience recruiting technicians, drivers, or field staff

  • Excellent spoken English

  • Ability to call U.S.-based partners confidently

  • Proficiency with Zoho Recruit, Zoho People, Excel, Google Voice, CRMs

  • Stable electricity, fast internet, and dedicated workspace

  • Ability to work U.S. Central Time (CST)

Yes, because you will coordinate with U.S.-based teams, motor clubs, and technicians daily.
